Terms of service

By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Your balance

• You pay for orders from your balance. Top-ups are added once the payment provider confirms them.
• Balance can be used for any service. It isn't paid back out as cash, except where the law requires it or we can't deliver what you paid for.

Orders

• Check the link before you order. Orders to the wrong link, a private profile or a deleted post can't be refunded once they've started.
• Don't change the username, make the profile private or order the same link elsewhere while an order is running; it breaks the counts.
• Delivery times are estimates. They depend on the platform and can change.

Refunds and refills

• If an order is canceled you get the full charge back on your balance. If only part is delivered, you get back the undelivered share. This happens automatically.
• Services marked Refill can be topped up if numbers drop during the refill period. Request it from your orders page once the order has been complete for 24 hours.
• Services without refill come with no guarantee that numbers stay.

Using the services

• You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you use. Some platforms don't allow paid engagement and may remove it or limit accounts.
• Don't use the panel for anything illegal, for adult or gambling accounts, or to mislead people about a product.

Your account

• Keep your password and API key private. Orders placed with them are yours.
• We can suspend accounts that break these terms or try to abuse refunds.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
